What is Registered WhatsApp
Registered WhatsApp is the sending of extrajudicial notifications via WhatsApp with a technical proof trail: dispatch, delivery, and (when available) read receipts, linked to party identification and message content.
This is not about forwarding a message on personal WhatsApp and saving a screenshot. Evidentiary strength depends on authorship, content integrity, and proof that the message reached the recipient. Does WhatsApp notification have legal validity?
