We started as a technology company looking for simple answers to problems everyone sees but few are willing to tackle. What began as direct-mail automation grew into a full platform for the legal industry — bringing physical and digital shipments together in one place.
Our story
Escrybe started as a technology company in Jaú, a city in the interior of São Paulo state, Brazil. The original idea was simple: solve concrete, everyday problems with well-built tools. Our first product was a direct-mail automation solution — pragmatic, focused, born from the real pain of teams that had to send mail at scale.
As the product evolved, law firms started coming to us with specific needs: extrajudicial notifications, proof of delivery, traceability. We realized this wasn't a local issue — it was a global one, affecting entire operations and deserving dedicated attention. At first, we only handled physical shipments: letters, telegrams, Sedex, return receipts.
When the technology matured enough to give legal validity to digital shipments — ICP-Brasil signatures, Observatório Nacional timestamps — we built native solutions for this new reality and brought them into the platform. Today Escrybe delivers the best of both worlds: the security of paper with the speed of digital.
