What is a Telegram
The telegram is a century-old Correios service with a legal presumption of delivery recognized by Brazilian jurisprudence. The message is transmitted electronically by Escrybe to Correios and delivered in printed form at the recipient's address.
Unlike conventional letters, the telegram has priority delivery: usually the same day or within a few hours, depending on the dispatch time. This combination of formality and speed makes it the traditional choice for urgent legal communications.
