Personal Data Protection Policy
Clarifications regarding Brazil's General Data Protection Law - LGPD
ESCRYBE strictly complies with federal law no. 13,709/2018, known as the General Data Protection Law - LGPD.
Accordingly, ESCRYBE informs that the processing of personal data is limited to its storage in databases, which are duly protected in accordance with market-standard requirements.
Such data storage is necessary for providing the services offered by ESCRYBE itself, this being its sole purpose. There is no sharing or transfer, whether free of charge or for consideration, of data of any individual registered in its databases.
Occasionally, with the users' express approval, their physical and electronic addresses may be used to send promotional messages from ESCRYBE itself, without any sharing or transfer, whether free of charge or for consideration, of such data to third parties.
Should ESCRYBE, in the future, collect data for purposes other than those set forth in this document, it will inform all of its users of such intention, and they must agree with such change in the data protection policy.
ESCRYBE also informs that any individual, whether a user or not, may request the modification or deletion of their personal data from its databases, which will be promptly fulfilled, provided that the requester demonstrates they are the holder of such data — requests made by third parties will not be accepted.
If ESCRYBE does not have the requester's data stored, the requester will be informed that no records exist in the databases. ESCRYBE states that it does not store data considered sensitive under the LGPD, nor any banking or card data belonging to users, since the addition of credits to the platform is carried out through systems managed by third parties.
Information regarding data processing can also be found in ESCRYBE's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and Services.
